This weekly yoga class is specially designed for seniors and focuses on safe, simple movements that help improve flexibility, balance, and overall wellbeing. The session includes gentle stretching, breathing exercises, and relaxing movements suitable for participants of all experience levels.
No prior yoga experience is required. All exercises can be adjusted according to individual comfort and ability.
